I was looking at this yesterday and spent about an hour trying to decide what I would do bodywise with something like that.
I ended out torn between a fairly stock convertible with rumble seat and a stripped down speedster.

Air cooling will do that for you.
You can still, should the wont take you, buy aircooled sixes (and other varieties) and they still look something like that.
